i bought these for 4 dollars. they were dying in the grocery store, sad, lonely and rejected. so i brought them home to die in my happy, warm house. i'm like a hospice for vegetation.

You did the right thing. Those beautiful roses deserve to die with dignity in someone's house...not in some store.
