This dish was, wait for it, AMAZing. Honestly, the husband didn't love the peanut/chicken combo, but I love love LOVEd it. Apparently I just like slathering peanut butter on anything...And I'm kind of proud of myself for growing those green onions myself, from the ends of a previously store-bought bunch. Another Pinterest idea. It's like a loving nagging grandmother insisting you be awesome. All. The. Time. Nobody's that awesome. But we all keep on pinning and pretending.
