if i could blog his 'wound' and he said i could. i think he's quite proud of the thing. i'm sure he'll be showing it off to everyone in CT this weekend, so consider yourselves warned.
the problem was really just this little collection of veins that intertwined together and started growing. it was ugly, really, but he liked it, and i was the one that had to push him to have it removed {for good this time}. SO the doctor was super thorough and the result is a five inch scar-to-be.
don't be fooled though, he's not sad about it all. he's very much being a boy about this and mainly it's just 'cool'.

tell him he needs to think of a good story to tell people when they ask about it. then when they're like, REALLY? he can be like, no, it was jsut a simple surgery.
chris ran through a glass door when he was 5. he ended up with 140 stitches in his arm. more in other spots too. when people ask about his huge scar he tells them he got bit by a shark.
This is a sure fire way to give your mom (tink's) a heart attack!! Given his career and such... whew, I am so glad it was elective. Hope he heals quickly, tell him it looks really REALLY cool =).
so what you're saying is... an evil twin was growing inside of him?
Come on, you need to come up with a much better story than that! With his job the opportunities for a fantastic story are endless! And he'd feel much cooler. :)
Maybe you should have a contest for the coolest story for his scar!
