i forget my keys on the chair in my office. Not a big deal, but it's a 5 minute walk from the office to the parking lot. So i turn around, mumble some potty words under my breath and head for the office.
When I finally get there, I walk in on my coworker snooping through my things. The past week I noticed some things rearranged when I came back from lunch on a couple of occasions, but I just chalked it up to my insanity.
Well, now i have proof. And then I find out that the woman who's infatuated with said coworker and willing to do anything for him including his work, is always checking my incoming phone calls...
And who do I have to tell? No one. Because my coworker can do whatever he pleases and nothing is ever said about it.
I feel sorry for these people. They live sad little lives in their sad little heads. I just wish they would keep their sad little persons from screwing with me.

There has got to be someone above your immediate boss that you can go to and report this person. And also report the coworker who is checking on your incoming calls. This is unethical behavior and needs to be taken care of, if not by your immediate boss, then his supervisor, and if that doesn't work... keep going right up until contacting the legal department. Enough is enough Cheri, don't be played like that.

And another thing, don't forget to be creative, leave notes in drawers and cubbys telling to have a good day or remind them of something that needs to be done and that the time wasted snooping on you would be better spent working.... things like that... It could turn out to be fun !

i wish my mom said "played". she still calls my friends her homegirls. :)
these sad little persons? are they midgets?
seriously, i would say something. these people are only trying to get you further annoyed and it might be working. you need to gather your self up, and speak to someone high up - or, mention it casually when there are lots of employees around to hear it. then atleast everyone knows what's going on.
