yoga to face facts.

I'm giving up the dream, the yoga dream. For about a year now i've made (little) effort to get started in the mornings with yoga and a healthy breakfast. This morning i hit the snooze button three times, jumped in the shower, rushed around my house, and grabbed a chocolate chip muffin at work (which really made my day so who cares). But you see, this is pretty much what happens every morning. Except minus the chocolate chip muffin, they only have those in the vending machine every once in a while. I'm just not a morning person. I need to accept this and move on.

Maybe i could try yoga at night?

  1. The key to the good breakfast thing is to plan for it during your grocery shopping trip. I've been doing the Dannon smoothies and a banana and sometimes a granola bar depending on how hungry I am.

    i knew i should have been annoying you about the yoga more

    oh wait i quit doing pilates.. who am i to speak?

    but hey at least i've been doing my 100 crunches a day!!

    it's just so hard to find time in the morning to do anything. i usually end up putting on makeup in the car when i get to work. and it's not like i have to do my hair.what do i do in the mornings?
